If you compare the prices you will see that Parc Astérix costs more than Bellewaerde. Parc Astérix costs 37€ for children and adulte. Bellewaerde costs 31€ for adults and 27€ for children.
Attraction Winner. Parc Astérix
Comparing the attractions Parc Astérix has more attractions than Bellewaerde. But some attractions are better in Bellewaerde than in Parc Astérix.
Ex: Dawson Duel, Boomerang, Huracan, …( Bellewaerde)
Ex: La trace du Houra, Tonerre de Zeus, Osiris, …

In Bellewaerde the prices are higher than in parc Astérix.

Conclusion
In my point of view Parc Astérix is better but if you bring a pic-nic Bellewaerde is better. Bellewaerde is also a bit like a zoo ( tigers, lions, monkeys,…).
